Come Hungry – It’s Come Hungry season! As our Life Groups are on break during the summer, we take the opportunity to fellowship and enjoy some family time.
Our Come Hungry fellowships happen every other Sunday following service and we need hosts! Hosts will be responsible for choosing a theme for the potluck and providing a portion of the main meal, and you can either host at your home or at Melba Bishop park. Check out the dates below and mark your calendars. If you are interested in hosting, please contact Jacque Martin at (619) 890-9534 or [email protected]. Our Come Hungry dates and locations are:
June 12th — Furtado Home, 155 McKinley, Oceanside. Chicken Kebabs
June 26th — Melba Bishop Park, Need Host

August 7 — Eckenweilers Home
August 21 — Del Rio Elementary, Annual Chili Cook-off & Cornhole Tournament!
Food Distribution – Wednesday, June 22nd we will be having our bi-weekly food distribution, this week at Libby Elementary. If you are able to come out to help distribute we will be setting up at 9am. We would love extra hands this summer, as we’ll be serving a larger group of families. Also, if you know of anyone who may be in need of groceries please pass this along! Fight Clubs are same-gender groups of about three people encouraging each other to live a life aligned with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The ultimate goal is to love Jesus more, through our affection for him and our allegiance to him, by helping each other rehearse the gospel and fight sin. Fight Clubs strive to meet at least twice a month for an intentional, focused time devoted to the word and genuine fellowship. For more information or to sign up contact:
