Life Groups – Our next Life Group is Wednesday, September 30th! This week we’ll be meeting back at the Martin’s home for dinner at 6pm, and at 6:45pm we’ll be doing a sermon text preview—studying and discussing the Scripture passage that will be preached the following Saturday. You can get the address and RSVP here in Band if you plan on joining.
Gather & Grow – The first Saturday of the month is our time to gather and share a meal after church. We will have a potluck after service.
Prayer Campaign – On Saturday, October 3rd at 10 a.m., we’re continuing our monthly time of engaging our community through prayer. We’re inviting everyone to take part in one of three roles happening at the same time: praying from home/the church, prayer-walking through nearby neighborhoods, or engaging neighbors in simple conversations as opportunities come. Each role supports the others, and every person can participate in a meaningful way. Our hope is to seek the Lord together and ask Him to move in the lives of the people around us.
ManDown – ManDown 2026 is upon us. Within the Praetorian Project, ManDown men’s retreats have been held annually for over 10 years on the East Coast. This October we celebrate the 4th year here of ManDown in Southern California! Once again, our 1.5-day event will help men grow in their faith, deepen their love for Christ, and do all kinds of cool man stuff. The event will join men from all three SoCal Pillar churches as we gather October 9-10 in Idyllwild, CA.
Registration is open and partial payments are an option. Register here. $115 for the weekend w/ a deposit of $25 to register. We hope you’ll make plans to join us!
Four:Six Prayer – Each Saturday at 4:06 PM, we set aside time to pray together before service. Rooted in Philippians 4:6, this gathering is about more than just a pre-service ritual—it’s a moment to pause, refocus, and re-center our hearts on the presence and peace of God. As we bring our gratitude and our needs before Him, we prepare ourselves to worship in unity and expectation. This intentional rhythm reminds us that prayer isn’t the backup plan—it’s the starting place. Everyone is invited to join.
