Prayer Focus of the Week: Earthquake Victims in Turkey & Syria

Scripture Reading: Psalm 28:6-9 (ESV)

Blessed be the Lord!
For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy.
7 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my song I give thanks to him.

8 The Lord is the strength of his people;
he is the saving refuge of his anointed.
9 Oh, save your people and bless your heritage!
Be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Salute to Military Kids – February 25,  11am-2pm @ Del Rio Elementary We have another opportunity to bless and serve our community in conjunction with Task Force Media. We’ll be hosting another event geared toward local military families. The event, to be held at Del Rio, will be free to all the military families who come and it will be two-fold. First, there will be games and activities specifically for the kids to enjoy. Second, there will be local businesses, schools, etc., that will be on-site to hand out information and bless the families by giving away freebies. We will be hosting a booth and activity, manning the entrance, and helping vendors set up in the proper area, and interacting with all the families. If you know of or are a part of a local business that would be a good fit for this event, please let Trace know ASAP. We also need volunteers! If you’d like to help out, please let Trace know.

Life Groups – Our Life Groups play a significant role in the life of believers. As their name suggests, we are literally “doing life” with one another. It’s in these smaller groups where relationships are deepened and the opportunity for biblical fellowship increases from Sunday morning interactions.

  • Oceanside: Meets at the Massie home, 1615 Calle Las Casas in Oceanside, at 6pm every Friday and we’ll be watching and discussing Season 3 of The Chosen. Please check BAND for more details. Fight Clubs are same-gender groups of about three people encouraging each other to live a life aligned with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The ultimate goal is to love Jesus more, through our affection for him and our allegiance to him, by helping each other rehearse the gospel and fight sin. Fight Clubs strive to meet at least twice a month for an intentional, focused time devoted to the word and genuine fellowship. For more information or to sign up contact:
